We ship free to the lower 48 U.S.States.

Alaska or Hawaii Shipping

If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii we can still ship to your residence or commercial location. Shipping will be calculated at checkout, with the normal FedEx posted rate. A less expensive option is to purchase a desk only, which ships from our warehouse the same or next day, and use a top that you buy locally.
Ground shipping usually takes 4-5 days to deliver to most areas.

Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

Returns:

We think you’ll love your new zeal desk but sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you decide to send your desk back, you can do so with no restocking fees on single zeal desks. You will just have to let us know that you are planning to return the item within 30 days of receiving your desk and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
For US Customers money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days upon return receipt of your zeal desk product.

For Australia Customers money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days or within 5-7 days if you paid via EFT/ACH/Wire Transfer upon return receipt of your zeal desk product.
For EU Customers money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days or within 5-7 days if you paid via EFT/ACH/Wire Transfer upon return receipt of your zeal desk product.

General information for all returns:

  1. All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
  2. We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  3. While we're happy to work with you and can, in most cases, offer discounts on bulk orders, we suggest that you order one to test before an order for multiples of the same item. We do not accept returns on bulk orders.

Cancellations:

  1. Most orders, with the exception of custom work, ship quickly, so please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel your order.
  2. There are no cancellation fees for standard items cancelled before shipment.
  3. If the item has already shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.

Warranty:

Each one of our products is covered by a limited warranty, based on our confidence in the superior quality of our zeal desks. No refunds are available after the initial 30-day risk free period.

Any returns outside of the initial 30-day guarantee window, but before the 1-year product warranty window, require customers to pay the freight costs to send the product(s) back to our warehouse.
